1. Access & Review
Your account dashboard shows the core information we hold: your profile details, saved quotes, referral and policy status, premium payments, earning credits, and support conversations. You can review this information at any time by signing in — no request needed.
2. Correction
You can update your name, contact details, and account credentials from your account settings. If something else appears inaccurate — for example a policy status or a payment record — contact customer care and we will investigate and correct it. Corrections to information held by a carrier (such as your policy details) must be made with the carrier directly.
3. Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the customer-care channel in your account. What happens next:
- Your profile, saved quotes, support conversations, and notification history are deleted or de-identified.
- Some records — such as referral attribution, payment history, and fraud-prevention logs — may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes, and are deleted when no longer needed.
- Aggregate metrics that no longer identify you (for example, that a referral converted) are not affected.
Deleting your account does not cancel any insurance policy. Policies are contracts between you and the carrier and must be cancelled with the carrier.
4. Portability
On request, we can provide a copy of the personal information associated with your account in a commonly used, machine-readable format. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
5. Communications
Service messages — referral status updates, review decisions, security notices — are part of operating your account and cannot be switched off while the account is active.
Optional marketing communications can be stopped at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting customer care. Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages.
6. Notifications
In-app notifications about your quotes, referrals, applications, and earnings appear in the notification center. You can mark them read individually or clear them all. Deleting a notification does not delete the underlying record it refers to.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Controls for cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy, including how to adjust your browser settings and what breaks if you block strictly necessary storage.
8. AI-Assisted Features
You choose what to submit to the quote-fit explainer and the customer-care agent. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment credentials, or other sensitive information that was not requested. You may ask customer care to remove a conversation; deleting a conversation removes it from your history and our active systems, subject to the retention limits in Section 3.
9. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to know the categories of information we collect and share, to opt out of certain sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, to non-discrimination for exercising your rights, and to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information for cash. Submit requests through the customer-care channel in your account and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review it with fresh eyes.
10. Authorized Agents
You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent's authorization and may verify your identity directly before acting, to protect your account from fraudulent requests.
11. How to Reach Us
Sign in and use the customer-care chat or the support channel shown in your account. Identity verification may be required before we act on any request that changes or discloses your data.
